Black vinegar is one of must-have sauce in my pantry. It has milder taste than regular white vinegar and taste cross between traditional balsamic and Worcester sauce. Black vinegar also is a popular ingredient used in north Chinese cooking, such as use for marinade or dipping sauce. Love it, with dumpling too.

You can purchase black vinegar and chicken powder from your local Asian grocery store or one of my favour local stores – Yuen’s Market at Sunnybank.

You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed.
